“As a business coach, Michelle has the right balance of listening skills and ability to make spot on observations needed in order to excel in her field. I had a Business Growth Strategy session with Michelle at the beginning of January and my god did she help me hit the ground running in 2015.
I had a number of issues in my business some known to me and some I was about to learn when meeting Michelle. The number one issue that arose was sealing the deal with a client. I would meet a client, discuss their needs and how I could help them and show them a sample of relevant projects I had worked on. Too awkward to talk about money when they asked I would inform them that I would follow up with a proposal outlining my costs.
